Residential Projects	Kingswood Golf & Country Club, Surrey	More Commercial Projects

Commissioned by the golf club to look at a series of intervention within the existing structures to improve overall building performance, serviceability and long term overall improvement in commercial capabilities. Initial assessment and feasibility studies have led to a series of tailored interventions to be phased over a number of years. Current works include service area planning applications, a new site entrance design and planning negotiations for the main conference and dining facilities. The house is featured as a project in the pages of the RIBA Directory of Chartered Practices 2012.
