Initiated in 2006 and currently under construction, the ENK Complex is a landmark urban development for the city centre of Prishtina, Kosovo. The project provides the city centre with much needed larger floor plate office facilities, luxury apartments, retail arcades and a five star hotel orientated around a public plaza. The project has been endorsed by all the major national political parties and is financed by a consortium of regional banks. Employed as a sub-consultant up to the completion of the planning process, the practice was involved in the strategic layout of the site, massing and urban landscaping. |
