National Sports Council appointment to develop a European training base for elite athletes and officials in the lead up to international events. Situated on a Malaysian owned research campus in Hertfordshire, Stage A-D were completed, brief, concept and planning for a major new building, until the project was stopped due to political changes. Sited within an existing woodland estate, proposals retained all trees whilst providing accommodation and facilities for up to 40 visitors.
